After applying, it may penetrate into capillary opening passage of cements, and it will generate cross-linked structure around capillary opening which is about 10 mm depth of the cement( depends on the density of the cement) because of hydrolysis and condensation reaction of the structure, resulting in keeping moisture out and anti-efflorescence effect.

This product is a water-based resin with nano-scale, and it contains special functional group which may penetrate into cements and react with calcium oxide to generate cross-linking effect on cements, and then form a tough calcium silicate layer to keep efflorescence away.

Efflorescence remover is a colorless, transparent, and high penetration nano-based coating, composed of synthesis of selected modified low molecular weight siloxane, designed to protect building construction. It is waterproof, breathable, weather resistant, anti yellowing, and chemical resistant; also it is without formaldehyde and 8 heavy elements.
